1. Parties to the contract

For all orders placed via the X-over Web shop, the parties to the contract are the customer and creative pool distribution GmbH.

The depiction of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. No responsibility is assumed for errors. In the event that any product is unavailable, there is no obligation on our part to perform.

When you click the “Place my order” button, you are placing a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. The purchase agreement comes into existence when we accept your order by sending an e-mail order confirmation immediately after receiving your order.

The goods remain the property of creative pool distribution GmbH until payment in full.

4.Delivery

The goods are typically shipped within two working days after receipt of payment.

5. Payment

Payment can be remitted by paying in advance, via PayPal, or by instant funds transfer.

6. The ordering process

To place an order, you can select your desired product by clicking the “Add to cart” button. You can still make changes after this step. You can view your shopping cart at any time by clicking the “Shopping cart” button. You can remove products from your shopping cart at any time by clicking the “Remove” button. If you want to buy the products in your shopping cart, click the “Go to payment options” button. Please enter your data there. Required items are marked with an asterisk (*). Registration is possible, but not required. Your data are transmitted in an encrypted form. After you enter your information and choose the payment type, you can click the “Check entries” button to go to the order page and double-check the information you entered. Clicking the “Place my order” button finishes the ordering process. You can interrupt this process at any time by closing your browser window. The individual pages contain further information on things like ways to make corrections.

7. Warranty, repairs

If there is a material defect in the goods you purchase, you have the 24-month warranty rights provided under German law. Any production warranties that may extend beyond that are not affected by this. Claims based on improper use of the bag are also ruled out. The customer is responsible for shipping costs in an event falling under the warranty.
