The fit depends more on body size than age. If your child is at least 110 cm tall, the S bag should fit.

The fit depends more on body size than age. If your child is at least 130 cm tall, the M bag and the three-point/four-point system should fit.

You can shorten the strap to your desired length. To do this, you can use a hot-knife cutter or a pair of scissors. If using scissors, please briefly heat the end of the strap to prevent fraying.

How do I remove wrinkles from the material?2019-04-30T13:59:08+02:00

You can steam the product to remove wrinkles. Set your iron to the steam setting and hold it about 1 cm away from the bag. Turn on the steam and move the iron back and forth over the wrinkle. Do not allow the iron to touch the bag/buckle directly, otherwise you may risk damaging the fabric.

All of our bags of the basic line (except Cotton Club and Milano) are washable at 30 degrees Celsius on the gentle cycle. Use a pillowcase to protect the metal parts of the bag and your washing machine from dings and scratches. Please use a special detergent for functional textiles. Do not use fabric softener or a dryer.

The bags of our Sports Line and Agility Line should not be put into a washing maschine. If necessary, you can clean them by carefully wiping it with a sponge and mild soap.

How do I remove lint or fuzz from the hook and loop fastener?2021-10-22T14:46:20+02:00

The hard part of the hook and loop fastener can pick up fibers from contact with delicate materials, even causing damage to articles of clothing in the worst case.

To prevent this, you should always make sure the two parts of the fastener (soft and hard) fit together without any overhang. 

If lint or fuzz ends up being caught in the fastener in spite of these precautions, you can use a comb to gently remove it.

None of our bags are waterproof in the sense that they could be used for diving. The level of water-resistance for each bag depends on the PU code for the fabric. For details, please see the specific pages for the individual lines/products that interest you.

The Sports line of bags are the most suitable for outdoor use, since all of the zippers are taped and the fabric itself is highly water-resistant.

If you spend a lot of time outdoors in the rain, we recommend our trusty rain cover, which we offer as an accessory for all M/L bag sizes, not available for S, XL-size and Stanford M/L.

Note on possible damage to articles of clothing due to hook and loop fasteners2021-10-22T14:49:57+02:00

 

If the hard part of the fastener comes into contact with wool or other delicate fibers, lint or fuzz may become caught in the fastener, or the fastener may even damage the article of clothing. Please note that we cannot accept any liability in such cases.
As a basic principle, we recommend always making sure that the hard part of the fastener is lined up exactly with the soft part to prevent any friction damage.

Your purchase receipt, and in particular the date of purchase, are key to helping us decide whether your complaint is eligible for processing. The warranty lasts two years from the date of purchase. We may provide a warranty beyond that in isolated cases. For questions, please contact Service@x-over.de. If your warranty claim is within this two-year period, please proceed as described in the Complaints section.
